Blackburn and Collier has an impressive track record for resolving issues with heating systems that have been playing up for years. Our aim is to tell you what’s at fault and how it can be overcome. And, even better, we won’t charge you a penny if we are wrong!

Most of the time we are able to find the problem for the cost of just one days labour. The cost of parts though will of course depend on the problems found. However, if the solution proves too costly and you’d rather just live with the problem for the moment, then all we ask is that you pay the labour due, without further obligation.

If we do not solve the problem at the first time, we do not charge for the second set of labour – assuming there are no other factors involved. We have built an enviable reputation on these principles.
